Liam PITCHFORD of England overcame Nandor ECSEKI of Hungary (5, 7, 6, -5, -8, 6).
“I controled the game from the beginning and it gave me confidence. I was good with the receive, which gave good advantage. Nandor had to change the service; I did not respond well on his changing the rhythm at first. In sixth game I improved my service to regain the control,” explained PITCHFORD.
